After you have chosen your furniture style, there are just 2 simple steps to perform:
STEP 1 - FURNITURE PACKAGE
- Select the size of package corresponding to your size of property (studio, 1 bed, 2 bed or 3 bed). You will see all the possible furniture combinations listed with pictures and prices. For your convenience the minimum required furniture for letting are pre selected together with the quantity required. Buying the package AS IT IS will assure you a non-problematic letting. You can change the package in any way you wish i.e. single or double beds, sofa or armchairs, basic or ceramic hob, bigger or smaller wardrobe, etc.
- You can also decline any of the pre selected items or change its quantity.
- You can also add items to your furniture package as required. Just fill the check-box next to the items you want and select the quantity.
- At any time you can click the RECALCULATE button in order to see the total price for the furniture you have chosen.
- When you are ready with your selection, just click the BUY button. A special wizard will guide you through the choice of colors. After making your choice, always click NEXT;
STEP 2: INVENTORY PACKAGE
- A list of inventory items is required for the letting of the apartments.
- Choose the inventory package corresponding to your size of apartment. For your convenience the wizard will pre-select the items and quantity required for letting. We strongly recommend you to buy this package as it is, because it fully corresponds to the requirements of the rental management companies. However you can decline and add items or change the quantity if you wish.
- Finally the wizard will display the entire content of your shopping cart, Please check it once more before sending it to us by clicking the SUBMIT ORDER button.
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO FILL IN YOUR PROPERTY OR APARTMENT NUMBER, DEVELOPMENT NAME AND ADDRESS.
* We will process all the administration associated with your order.
* You will receive confirmation of your order within 48 hours.
* Once full payment has been received we will process your order. It may take us up to 60 days to assemble and install your order. Please ensure you order in plenty of time.
* Our furniture installation team will gain access to your property for the sole purpose of "measuring up". They will liaise directly with you on their findings. If it is felt that any small changes would be of benefit this would be discussed directly with you. You will then receive a final quotation.
* When your apartment is completely furnished you will be sent photos of your chosen items by email.
