Q. When should I look to order furniture?A. Six months before completion as we need to measure your apartment, draw up plans and install.
Q. Should I buy on price?
A. It pays to buy on quality for 2 reasons:-
- Lasts longer
- Encourages recommendation with a return visits by renters.
Q. Can I cut back on items you recommend?
A. Of course - but the recommended list is what rental agents require.
Q. What happens if I need replacement items?
A. Whilst we can obtain replacements it is normally quicker to obtain them through your management company who will hold stocks of the more frequently required items. You management company can order items though us.
Q. What choice of package should I choose?
A. It is up to you as long as they all comply with rental standards. However, where we are furnishing a particular development we can sometimes make recommendations.
Q. Are there any guarantees?
A. All items are covered by the manufacturers' guarantee.
Q. When do I need to pay for goods?
A. Once we have the floor plans of the apartment and have confirmed your order is suitable.
Q. When will you measure my apartment?
A. Once your payment has been received.
Q. How will I know my apartment is ready?
A. we will keep you informed of progress (you will soon be able to track progress or yourself online) and when finished, you will receive images.
Q. Will the apartment be ready to rent after you finish?
A. We will remove all packaging and installation materials. However new apartments often need a deep clean to remove building debris, we can arrange this on request. Remember cleaning such as cleaning windows, dusting, washing floors, cleaning toilets should be carried out by your management company.
Q. How long does installation take?
A. It will take us approximately 60 days to manufacture, deliver and install your furniture. Installation takes approximately 3 days.
Q. Can you also decorate?
A. Yes. We are happy to give our recommendation and carry out redecoration on request at an extra cost.
Q. Can you supply 360o images on the rooms?
A. Yes it is available at extra cost.
